Game Plan

Starting off with a strong plan is vital for a successful and smooth sale. Depending on the housing market, you will decide if it’s beneficial to do any repairs prior to listing your home. Preparing your home can include: packing away items in the living areas and putting them away in storage or garage. Deep cleaning the home prior to the professional photographer takes the pictures and maintaining it tidy before every showing. Making sure the home has great curb appeal can be important, first impressions are everything. Making sure everything is done correctly the first time will guarantee we don’t have a stale listing that has been sitting on the market for months.

It is very important to have a strong marketing plan and the different ways we market your home is through online marketing such as Facebook ads, Instagram ads, google ads, advertisements on multiple home websites, email campaigns, targeted ads, open houses (virtual due to Covid-19), postcards, etc. For more information check out our Marketing Plan…
