Submit and Get Offer Accepted
Once the right home is found we will submit an offer to the seller. As your real estate agents we push and negotiate on your behalf to make sure your offer gets accepted with the terms that best benefit you. Now that your offer was accepted and we have opened escrow. Now what? This is where a lot will be happening and we will guide you step by step and explain everything that must be done to have a successful escrow.
Escrow
Escrow is normally 30 days long. While in escrow we will need to do inspections, paper work, meet all conditions for the loan and do our due diligence in making sure you are getting a great home.
